Senior Client Partner - Tech Global Accounts in Dublin, Dublin, Ireland
Cognizant’s Technology industry vertical is seeking a Senior Client Partner to assume leadership for a key Technology / Digital Native account(s).
The role requires a unique ability to combine strategic insights, great relationship skills and adept at consulting-led sales. The Client Partner position will interact with senior stakeholders at key named accounts; and is expected to demonstrate proven experience in managing speed, flexibility and innovation. This is a pan-EMEA role, and as such, local market insights across multiple EU markets will be a critical success factor.
Prior experience with Digital Native / Platform companies or Digital solutions will be essential, for the role. The Client Partner will act as a “trusted advisor” to his/her client and have a mix of strategic and tactical management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
The Role demands knowledge and understanding of
- Sales Leadership:
- Identify opportunities of growth across key named accounts / portfolio and lead account strategy and planning.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organisation and drive penetration in various functions
- Leverage Cognizant's unique value proposition to shape opportunities for the customer and increase share of revenues from single source deals.
- Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for large deals.
- Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing account strategy and plan.
- Increase share of wallet with the customer.
- Offering/Competency Development:
- Support the solutions teams with customer perspectives and competitive intelligence to develop new perspective
- Showcase Cognizant's solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organisation through workshops, boot camps and strategy meets.
- Push for higher value/value added services and solutions to the customer in line with Cognizant's offerings.
The Qualified Candidate Will Have:
- Proven track recordof managing and growing a successful portfolio in the Technology Industry, with prior experience with Digital native or platform companies
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams
- Deep knowledge of Internet platforms, and Digital solutions
- 15+ years of industry experience, across European markets with global clients.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Exceptional client management skills and experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly-matrixed environment
